With 60 days to go for SNAP, it’s time to neatly plan out the SNAP 2 months study plan for preparation, before the stress gets up-to you.

SNAP Exam

SNAP 2 months study plan

Week 1

  • One Mock test per day, you would need about 3 hours daily. By the end of the week, you would have done 6 to 7 tests at least.
  • After every test, follow it up with an in-depth analysis so that you can pinpoint your weak areas and work on them.
  • Start going through the LR books, spend some time daily. This would make these questions more familiar.
  • For General Awareness, keep reading newspapers – this would also help in reading comprehension. Go through textbooks, a daily scanning would help to retain some part of it.
  • Make vocab cards/ buy readymade cards, flip them over every now and then. Strengthen your verbal ability and vocabulary.

Week 2

  • Continue with Mocks, by now it would be more familiar.
  • Start working on QA, DI. Basic Maths would be handy, make sure that all that you studied in school is revised – daily now.
  • Continue with concept building, reading, vocab cards. Make it a daily routine.

Week 3 to Week 6

  • Continue with Mocks, by now the questions would start making more sense.
  • It’s time that you should have reached 2 tests per day by week 5. Increase the time spent on your studies.
  • You now will have started to understand your strengths and can find the questions you can attempt quickly from those question banks. This is an asset during exam as it is the score that matters.
  • Keep polishing your concepts, as much as you can, continue with reading, vocab, LR, QA and LR concepts.

Week 7 and Week 8

  • Now that you have brushed your basics, strengthen your concept, it is time to start working on retaining what you know.
  • Stop taking on any new concept. Now it’s better to practice and work on what you know. Anything new at this stage would only add to more confusion.
  • Take as many mock tests as possible now, the actual exam environment should be simulated.
  • Focus on choosing questions to attempt, the questions with too much data, too much length and the one which does not click you in first 30-40 seconds, leave them for that second attempt when you have finished the questions you know.

You are ready now, keep the last four days to relax and make yourself stress-free, a peaceful confident mind can do wonders.

CAT Exam As how hard working is important to crack CAT Exam, analyzing CAT Exam mistakes during Preparation and getting rid of them also is equally important.

CAT Exam

So if you’re preparing for CAT, try not to make the below CAT Exam Mistakes.

1. Skipping the Basics

For CAT Exam, strengthening the base concepts and building a strong foundation before you start with the higher level topics is a must. Ignoring the basics and directly jumping to advance level will put you in trouble.

2. No Daily Time Table

Most of the students work hard, but not many prepare a daily/weekly timetable. Time Table is the most decisive element while you prepare for CAT. It is advisable to every CAT aspirant to plan his/her daily preparation by making a schedule and stick to that discipline. This timetable should be prepared in such a manner that it can be practically followed.

3. Inadequacy in Regular Revision
You need to regularly revise all the concepts, formulae and shortcuts learned, else it might become difficult to recall them on the day of final CAT exam. In this regard, you can keep half a day aside every week or fortnight, wherein you can revise all that you have covered so far.

4. Avoiding Self-Preparation Strategies
Not everyone has the same ability to study. Some students have good verbal skills and some are good with quantitative aptitude. So identifying one’s own methodology of preparation is a vital part.

When you create your own preparation strategies, it would generate more favorable results and give you a boost of confidence in your own abilities. Avoiding self-preparation will only keep things difficult.

5. Not taking Mock Tests
Even after having enough access to practice papers and mock tests many of us do not take advantage of them because of our laziness. We all know but forget that these mock tests not only help in time management but also help in boosting the confidence.

6. Over/under analyzing mocks
Mocks are serious business. If you’re scoring well, keep at it and try not to get overconfident. At the same time if the scores seem low don’t let them break you.
Remember that mock scores will not decide your actual performance.

CAT Exam1

The most important thing is to analyze them and look for gaps in your preparation.

7. Neglecting one section
Either focusing too much on one section or neglecting one whole section because you are weak in one section and strong in another section is not a good idea.

Also, read the CAT Exam myths which have been frightening the CAT Aspirants for years.

8. Improper or Nil Analysis on what to attempt and what not to attempt
CAT is time-based paper. If time was unlimited, you would have solved to the best of your knowledge, but being time bound you have to make a choice of which question to select, which to leave and more importantly if you have selected, you must be ready to move on to next question if you are not able to solve in a predesignated time.

This is exactly what people don’t do because you may not realize it but it actually takes time from other questions, so read the question think for a second if you are actually going to solve the question, rather than traditional read and try to solve.

9. Every Exam is important
Most students focus just on CAT but then if they don’t appear for the other exams, they would miss the opportunity of being in some really good colleges.
With the IIMs giving so much weightage to academics, it becomes important to focus on other exams like the IIFT, TISS, XAT, SNAP, NMAT and more.
Similarly, keep working on your GK, vocabulary, and decision making even though CAT doesn’t have a question from these.

And don’t stop after you are done with CAT, that’s not the time to lay back and relax. Your preparation should be geared up even more to face the GDs and PIs that follow.

Exam Pattern In a previous couple of days, we at IMS have been flooded with panic calls concerning the change within the IBPS Mains Sample and belief me, I'm not shocked. However isn’t it a lot of ado about nothing?

We people have at all times been slaves of routine. We love to do issues the identical method it has been accomplished for eons. We hate change and even a minor one can create ruckus in our lives.

Exam Patterns

Learn More-LATEST UPDATES – IBPS BANK PO 2019 EXAM

Nevertheless, change is usually not in our palms and infrequently not beneficial to us. We simply should take care of it positively!

Furthermore, the identical change is relevant to all candidates and never simply you. It’s a good sport!

What has modified and the way do you take care of the modifications?

  1. Variety of questions has decreased from 200 to 155 and the whole time allotted to try the target check has elevated from 140 to 180 minutes.

This principally means excellent news for these college students who've sincerely ready for the examination. It suggests the examination is veering away from being a speed-based check to at least one which assessments the coed on the understanding of elementary ideas of the topic.

The elevated time restricts in all probability signifies a marginal improve within the issue stage of the questions.

Mainly that will imply it assessments actual topic information and never methods and methods that are memorised by college students with no actual understanding of the underlying ideas.

Taking a cricket analogy, it's simpler for a Group like Afghanistan to upset Group India in a restricted overs match than in check cricket as a result of the latter assessments the abilities of the group extra. Equally a scholar who has ready properly for the examination has a greater probability of clearing it this time round. There are lesser possibilities that she or he shall be pipped to the put up by somebody who simply bought fortunate on the examination day.

  1. Descriptive Writing has been reintroduced within the mains carrying a weightage of 25 marks to be tried in 30 minutes

That is additionally not one thing fully new. It has been a part of the examination prior to now and it simply made a comeback this 12 months. Furthermore, these of you've gotten ready for the SBI examination would have already practised your essays/ letters.

  1. A separate part for Knowledge Evaluation & Interpretation has been launched within the Mains

This space was anyway a part of the syllabus even earlier (simply that it was not a separate part) and the adage within the mains is to organize on all areas and attempt to rating as excessive as doable no matter weightage or marks allotted to every space (for the reason that marks scored within the Mains is taken into account for the last choice). So whether or not a sure space carries a weightage of two marks or 20, it's a must to give your 100% in the direction of your preparation.

 4. Time allotted to varied sections has modified

What you'll have to concentrate on to get used to the change in cut-off dates, is to try quite a lot of mock assessments to get used to the brand new format.

So to summarise, this alteration in sample principally augurs properly for the coed who has ready properly for the examination. So go away apart your worries and provides it your 100%. All the most effective!

To diagnose a lymphoma case if very difficult because many of the lymphoma symptoms are similar to those of other medical conditions. However, based on the symptoms, you may suspect a lymphoma case and go see a doctor, where you will have a physical examination. Only through this thorough examination, and sometimes x- rays, your doctor can diagnose you with lymphoma.

When you go see your physician for an examination because you suspect a lymphoma case, here is what to expect: he / she will start to palpate all your lymph nodes. They are located in your neck, right under your chin, around your tonsils, your elbows, shoulders, in your groin area and under your arms. Besides this examination of these areas of your body in order to properly diagnose lymphoma, your doctor will also feel your abdomen and chest to see if there is any swelling there as well. Your liver and spleen will also be examined by palpation. If your doctor, after this examination, believes that there is a presence of lymphoma, further test will be made. The physical examination is just the beginning of the lymphoma diagnoses process. The test that are made after the examination will serve to better determine if you are indeed suffering from lymphoma or not. A biopsy, x- rays, blood tests and scans are the next tests that you will have to take in order to be diagnosed with lymphoma. If the results in those lymphoma tests
are inconclusive, then you will probably also have to take a bone marrow test.

Lymphoma symptoms are not enough to diagnose this disease, because they can also be associated with other diseases as well. However, they serve to give you an idea that something is wrong. Here are some of the most common symptoms of lymphoma:

- swollen nodes, which are painless is the primary lymphoma sign;

- anemia, loose weight and fatigue also tell you that you might be suffering from lymphoma;

- fever and sweating, mostly at night, for no apparent reason are also signs that indicate a lymphoma case;

- shortness of breath and an annoying, persistent cough are also lymphoma symptoms;

- itching, sometimes all over your body is one of the lymphoma signs as well;

There are also some other symptoms which can indicate a lymphoma case, but they are less common. Back pain or swollen tissues are some of the rare lymphoma symptoms. They appear because your lymph nodes can actually compress some of your nerves.

Examinations are just round the corner and stress levels running high. Examination are a time of anxiety and nervousness-not only for students but parents too. So it is necessary-besides studying hard-to focus on eating habits, sleep patterns, mental and physical fitness. Here are a few tips to beat the examination blues.

Eat Right And Proper

A balanced diet is important. Fresh fruits and vegetables provide children with energy and increase their ability to concentrate. With a healthy diet of vegetables, fiber and fruits, your minds stays alert.Avoid junk food. Spicy and salty food just prior to the exams can lead to a lot of sluggishness during the exams. Tea, coffee and chocolates should be avoided as they tire you out soon.

Avoid Stressful People

Seriously,stress is contagious. Resist the urge to have a study session with your super-tense friend, especially if she's complaining about all the work she has to do. Her stress will only add to yours. Make a revision timetable and start revising early.

Your Eyes Need Care

Exam time means a lot of reading,writing,stress and strain. Make sure not to over exert or strain the eyes. Make sure there is ample light in the room where the child is studying. Reading with a night lamp is a strict no-no.Have a good posture. Use a table and a chair to study and write. Don't lean on the table or read in the sleeping position for a long time as it will strain your eyes.

Sleep Is Important

Get a good night's sleep the night before, and a decent breakfast in the morning. Don't stay awake all night to study. Don't hit the bed immediately after studies; a few minutes are needed to get out of the 'book-mode'. A short walk,a glass of water or just glancing through magazines before going off to sleep will help you to de-stress.

Be Positive

Don't beat yourself up about things, instead be nice to yourself. Make a quick list of five things you have done that you are proud of. This will put you in the good mood. Visualize it all going right.

Chill Out

If you are starting to lose it take a bit of time to relax yourself. Tell yourself how well you are doing. Stand up straight and smile, you will feel a bit better straight away.
